REFORM MINDED: New Namibian President Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah has warned her streamlined Cabinet that she has zero tolerance for bureaucratic delays, as she pushes to speed up policy reform. “There will be no business as usual,” Nandi-Ndaitwah said during her first Cabinet meeting. “Decisions taken must be implemented without any delay,” she told her colleagues, according to a text of her opening remarks.
